ABOUT

"A best friend is like a four leaf clover: hard to find and lucky to have."

- Anonymous

"One of the very best rules of conversation is to never say anything which any of the company wish had been left unsaid."

- Jonathan Swift

The Irish Club of Regina was originally established as the “South Saskatchewan Irish Club” in the mid 1900’s as a group to allow Irish people and people of Irish decent to work together to preserve Irish Culture in Regina. We’ve expanded since then and now anyone who is interested in learning more about Irish culture is welcome to become a member! We have members of all cultural backgrounds who share in a love of Irish music, dance, literature, art and every other facet of Irish Culture!

We support the two local Irish Dance groups by providing them space in our newsletter and sharing performance opportunities with focus on encouraging Irish dancing and culture appreciation in Regina.

We hope that you will come out and get to know us! We’re always on the lookout for new members who can bring their knowledge and enthusiasm out and help us expand our club and Irish culture within Regina!
